  • RACHEL NIEHLS BELANGER, president

    Rachel graduated from Ohio Valley University in 2008 and currently lives in Pottstown, PA with her husband Stephen and daughter Sadie. Rachel is also a Youth Advance alumnus. Rachel has a passion for serving which has motivated her to lead youth mission trips with Experience Missions, Camp Hope, and Casas Por Cristo. Rachel is an active with the Chesmont Church of Christ youth group and also volunteers at Camp Manatawny.

  • DANIEL NIEHLS, CPA, treasurer

    Daniel, a Youth Advance alumnus, graduated from Harding University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. Daniel works for Maillie LLP, a public accounting firm in Limerick, PA. Daniel also serves as a Deacon and Treasurer for the Chesmont Church of Christ. He and his wife, Nicki, have two daughters and they volunteer at Camp Manatawny.

  • DOJI DOVE, registration

    Doji is a graduate of Ohio Valley University, where she met her husband, Josh, with whom she has 3 children. Two of her children are Youth Advance Alumni. She has been teaching grammar school for over 20 years.

  • JOSHUA DOVE

    Joshua Dove has been a faculty member at the Coventry Christian Schools since 1999, after graduating from Ohio Valley University, and has worn many hats over the years. He has especially enjoyed all of his coaching of students, both on and off the court/field. Josh is an alumnus of Youth Advance as well. He and his wife, Doji, have three children, and attend the Chesmont Church of Christ.

  • SHAWN CUTTS

    Shawn is a graduate of the Harding University School of Business. He is the CFO in the family cranberry farm business. Married to Cindy with two children: Hannah and Ethan.

  • DAVE SMITH

    Dave and Sue live in New Cumberland, PA. He is a deacon and former youth leader at the Camp Hill Church of Christ and continues to volunteer at Camp Manatawny. He works as a consultant.

  • Mike Dion

    Mike is a former Youth Advance Ambassador who lives in Searcy AR with his wife and 3 kids. He is a high school social studies teacher and is driven to provide opportunities for students to succeed in and out of the classroom. Growing up in the northeast, Mike has a love for the people and unique culture and believes that Youth Advance provides an excellent growing experience for teenagers looking to lead the up and coming generation.
